When you call us:
You will immediately reach one of our live sales reps. Our sales reps are trained to understand your needs and to help you make an informed decision about which product is right, how much is right, and how you would like your product delivered.

What about those websites that sell Pacific Topsoils Products?
Those companies are NOT run by Pacific Topsoils, Inc. We have no relationship with them other than to sell them our products. We cannot guarantee you will have a good experience by using one of them. However, if you must make your purchase online, for whatever reason, we have relationships with online vendors with which you could do so. Our only request is that you call us so that we may help you make an informed decision about your needs, and to verify that we do have a relationship with that online vendor.

We are currently aware of certain websites on the internet that claim to "Partner" with Pacific Topsoils, Inc.

We have NO PARTNERSHIPS with ANY online vendor.

If you find a vendor online, you should call us FIRST, the make sure we know who they are. Be aware that you may pay an inflated price for your materials by using an online vendor.

Credit Card Security:
Making purchases online can be risky. Our computer systems are well protected and CISP compliant. We accept Visa / Mastercard / and Diners Club. Your phone order will be placed with one of our reps who will not be able to see your credit card number once entered, and will NOT write your number down. We do have the ability to store your credit card information in our computer systems. This information, once stored is not visible to anyone, but can be used to make frequent or future purchases. We pride ourselves on Safe Credit Card practices, and Exceptional Customer Service.
